For portraits, I love to take my couples on a small walk around the venue, along some cool London street crossings and ending with a moment of peace by the Albert Bridge.

The Old Marylebone Town Hall

The Old Marylebone Town Hall is a magnificent structure with beautiful details in every corner.

Everything from the front steps to the hallways and iconic alcoves is photogenic – a timeless space to photograph your micro wedding in London.

Old Marylebone Town Hall is a grade II listed building on Marylebone Road that was built between 1914 and 1920. Its grand front is embellished with columns inspired by classic Roman and Greek architecture, providing some lovely photo opportunities.

As well, the venue is located across the street from Regents Park, making it ideal for a romantic stroll and those post-registry photos.

Orleans House Gallery

Orleans House Gallery hosts Bridgerton-inspired, romantic weddings.

The Octagon room is an awe-inspiring location to get married, and was designed by architect James Gibbs in the early 1700s. The grand windows enveloping the room provide the perfect warm light for a ceremony. The baroque-era details make this room perfect for art and history lovers alike.

Couples can soak in their confetti shower on the steps outside of the venue and the lush grassy area directly next to the venue can be used for a post-ceremony drinks reception.

Hackney Town Hall

Hackney Town Hall is close to Hackney Central Station and London Fields and has five distinct spaces for a micro wedding in London, each with a unique blend of modern architecture, natural daylight, and vintage details.

One of the best examples of civic art deco architecture in London is at this venue, created by Lanchester & Lodge and inaugurated in 1937.

Now in its 82nd year of operation, this operating town hall is home to the old Assembly Hall, which has the convenience of a separate entry with two exquisite curved stairs that bring guests to the sophisticated space. The stairs are perfect for group portraits and dramatic couples portraits!

The original 1930s structure has been updated to bring it into the twenty-first century. It now includes two cutting-edge glass-roofed atriums that give you the feeling of being outside in any weather.
